At the SAA 2022 conference in Boston, members of the Visioning Access
Systems (VAS) subgroup held an incubator session to discuss An Exploration
of Access Systems: A Framework for Access Systems for Born-Digital Archival
Materials <https://osf.io/kecs8> and several questions related to access
systems for born-digital archival materials. I'm pleased to announce that a
summary of the session can be found at this link: https://osf.io/ty9sn.

Based on feedback that we received, VAS will be holding at least one
Zoom-based discussion session to gather additional community feedback on
our framework and access systems for born-digital archival materials. During
the session(s), participants will discuss questions related to the
framework and/or born-digital archival materials. Feedback gathered from
the session(s) will be used to enhance our framework and ensure that it is
truly community-centered and community-driven.

The session(s) will be held in April 2023. This invitation is open to any
who are responsible for or interested in providing access to born-digital
archival materials, regardless of their participation in our SAA 2022
session
