This is something she needs to talk to her service provider about. It looks like a lot of carriers let you download your history online. For example: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/check-your-usage

Subject: [CODE4LIB] Cell Phone Minutes - tracking

EXTERNAL MESSAGE

My esteemed listmates,

A patron visited today stating her Tracfone Samsung is suddenly out of
minutes.

She got the phone from HSN or QVC in January 2023 with 1,500 minutes.

She doesn't sit and talk on the phone all day and doesn't watch videos.

Just makes calls to her dr or the local grocery store.

Is there a way to track if her minutes are being stolen?

Thank you.

Charles.
