The Digital POWRR Peer Assessment Program<https://digitalpowrr.niu.edu/powrr-peer-assessment-program/> brings together digital preservation specialists and cultural heritage practitioners from under-resourced organizations to collaborate in the preparation of digital preservation self and peer assessments. This project aims to provide practicing librarians and archivists who are struggling to provide ongoing care for their digital collections with a structured opportunity to learn about digital preservation concepts, as well as the chance to learn about assessment procedures and put them into action in a supportive environment. This program is generously funded by a Laura Bush 21stCentury Librarian grant<https://www.imls.gov/grants/awarded/re-250055-ols-21> from the Institute of Museum and Library Services<https://www.imls.gov/>. Cohort sponsor organizations for this phase of the project include the Association of Hawai’I Archivists<https://hawaiiarchivists.org/>, Amigos Library Services<https://www.amigos.org/>, and Northwest Archivists, Inc<https://northwestarchivistsinc.wildapricot.org/>.
