Job description summary: The Arnold and Deanne Kaplan Collection of Early American Judaica Curator of Digital Humanities (the Kaplan Curator) will be responsible for curating, building, and researching the Arnold and Deanne Kaplan Collection of Early American Judaica. The incumbent will also collaborate on experimental, sustainable projects, and methods which facilitate computational access to and use of Penn’s Judaica collections, promoting them and making connections between them and dispersed Judaica content around the globe. Reporting to the Director of Special Collections and Research Services in the Kislak Center, he/she is also expected to participate actively in the life of the Center for Research Data and Digital Scholarship.

 

            Targeted pay range: $43,919 - $70,161
