What an important survey! I had the pleasure of working with Rachel
Cristine Woody (collections specialist) on this article about building
community archives:
https://www.artworkarchive.com/blog/building-a-foundation-for-community-archives

Much of my work at Artwork Archive is working with community organizations
to help them archive and digitize their collections and stories (my
graduate work is in public humanities). Many of the communities I work with
create online exhibitions with our Artwork Archive Exhibition tool
like the Mask
Alive Museum & Cultural Center
<https://www.artworkarchive.com/profile/mask-alive-museum-cultural-center>
which doesn't have a brick and mortar space but is a community nonprofit
driven to share the mask making traditions of the Southwest. I can complete
the survey, but am also happy to chat about the incredible projects I've
witnessed in my work at Artwork Archive.

All the best,
Elysian
