It is time for the NDSA Quarterly Content Interest Meeting!  November’s format will be about how organizations have incorporated digitization into their archival processing workflow that will lead to a discussion and exchange of ideas.  Clarissa Trapp, Digital and Archives Specialist, and Helen Baer, Digital Projects Librarian, will start the discussion about their work at Colorado State University-Fort Collins.  Here are some questions to get you thinking about the topic before the meeting!

 

• How are organizations dealing with the physical processing before digitization and what are their approaches? 
• What insights have they learned or still grappling with?
• How does one decide on arrangement, itemizing, developing an inventory, and ultimately the digitization process? 

 

Don’t forget to add topics for future meetings to the jamboard.
