My esteemed listmates, I need to save written communications on Google Chat. I've Googled this but all I get is suggestions re: Use Takeout. I see No Takeout option when I open Google Chat window. I tied saving the page like you do when you save a web site - Ctrl + Shift + K but it only saves one message exchange not the many pages of exchanges. Can you please share any sites which show you step by step how to save a Google Chat with screen shots? This is critically important and urgent. Thank you. Charles. Charlotte County Public Library
