Hi Charles, You can access Google Takeout here: https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout You should see a list of all the Google services you have data on. You can deselect all, select Google Chat, and then follow the next steps to create an export. You can either do a one-time export, or schedule an export every 2 months for 1 year.
