The focus here is on kindness and humility in workplace. 




This year the Week will focus on disseminating ideas and sharing experiences on small or big actions of being inclusive, kindness, humility, compassion and empathy in the work culture. These can bring positive results. Empathy and equity, for example are key to creating health and wellbeing and a sustainable, prospering, peaceful, and harmonious in a diverse society/workplace.


 

Audience. It is global, professionals from libraries, archives, museums, community groups, academics, etc.
