I’ve used several of the [Logitech Wireless
Presenter](https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wireless-Presenter-Presentation-Pointer/dp/B002GHBUTK/ref=asc_df_B002GHBUTK/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167131062222&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14154229565966393883&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9030455&hvtargid=pla-305968750205&mcid=d43eafa8ec3f352baba8b22f43ec598e&gclid=Cj0KCQiAtaOtBhCwARIsAN_x-3IM7c7g9wh5-MiRfa_7xZUXGkQ6WdpfuPpcYO9FKWmHBWNF8ukG-gkaAka3EALw_wcB&th=1)
remotes over the years on both Macs and PCs with great success. It has
an integrated laser pointer, and has a wireless receiver that plugs into
a USB port on your computer. I haven’t purchased one in a while (they
last a long time), so I don’t know if they have moved to USB C. It
basically sends the clicks that you can also send from your
mouse/keyboard to Powerpoint (and most other presentation applications)
to advance and move back through your slides.
