My esteemed listmates I'd appreciate your immediate help on this tech hardware issue, please? A JYXCN Smart Board was delivered to our library. I had nothing to do with this order. A group will be visiting this Saturday morning to view a PowerPoint created by a visiting lecturer using this Smart Board. The User Guide with this is useless - basically enjoy our new product. I've Googled JYCN for a company Web site but found none. I Youtubed this and it found 0 YT videos for this product. On Amazon there's a link to the JYXCN store which doesn't seem to have any tech support. I've never used a Smart Board with a W10 laptop. Screenshots with each step are helpful but I'm finding zilch on this product or company. Anyone have any epxwricn with JYXCN? Any experience running MS Power Point on a W10 laptop connected to ANY Smart Board? Thanks so much. Best, Charles.
