My esteemed listmates,

Myself and patrons have Googled this all over and uesd AI w/o success.

We all wish to make payment on a Visa by Bank of America.

On other banks, you can press star, star and bypass the voice pay by phone
and just pay by keys on your phone.

But, B Of A doesn't seem to alow that - star, star just gets you to a
recorded voice that eventually just hangs up on you.

Anyone know the "secret" method to pay by phone w/o having to speak words
in?
