My esteemed listmates,

I watch YT turottials on how to do certain functions in Outlook. They all
seem to suggest clicking on File but that was eliminated in the New Outlook.

But, even when I click on Settings (gear icon) I don't see the same
function as on the YT videos..

Ex. I want to add another email account (gmail) to my new Outlook account.
I don't see add a new account. Iseee syn but that doesn't add a new email
account.

I must use new MS Outlook at the library.

Has anyone found a good cheat sheet of the top 10-15 functions one uses in
Outlook and how to execute them in New Outlook by showing you in
screenshots and not YT video (just have old Outlook)?

Have you found any handouts which share this info with screenshots?
