That's waht Ivle discovered.
They make a big deal re: wifi calling but it's not free so it's good if you
live in areas where cellular service is bad.
Otherwise, it's not meeting my goal (and those of some patrons) of using
fewer talk minutes.
I guess that's for landlines or Skyping.
But for calling locally a retailer or Dr's officer where you're kept on
hold for lengthy times it's better to just drive there.
