The Open Preservation Foundation is pleased to announce that the veraPDF
1.28.2 <https://openpreservation.org/news/verapdf-1-28-2-released/> release
is now available for the community! veraPDF is an open-source,
industry-supported PDF/A and PDF/UA validator and part of the OPF reference
toolset. As always, a huge thank you to the Dual Lab development team for
their work on this release.

This release is comprised of enhancements, technical maintenance and bug
fixes:

   -

   Updated dependencies with vulnerability warnings
   -

   (PDF/UA-2, WTPDF) disabled rule about multiple link annotations that
   target the same location
   -

   (PDF/UA-2, WTPDF) fixed structure destination validation
   -

   Fixed validation of Unicode in case of validation against several
   conformance claims
