There's a little bit of discussion in the Code4Lib slack #generative-ai channel (I see you're in that channel, Eric, but Stuart isn't and maybe there are other folks on the list who don't know about that channel). My library's internal Slack workspace also has an active AI channel — do you have library or campus Slack/Teams/whatever forums with that kind of discussion?
Also, from a different angle, there is quite a bit of activity in the Code4Lib #bots channel. If the AI harvesting bots are taking your sites down, there is lots of advice on how to mitigate that.
