Thanks to everyone who joined the Code4Lib Journal Town Hall on March 18,
2026. We had a great mix of perspectives in the room, and the conversation
covered everything from infrastructure and policies to what the journal
should look like over the next five years.
Here is a summary
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1C9RCLG-B3DtOT2dvhtDWbyH7g1WpMUQ_Cy-bplg2Vho/edit?usp=sharing>
of what we heard, pulled together from live discussion, and chat.
It’s not exhaustive, but it captures the main threads, tensions, and ideas
that surfaced. We’re sharing this both to keep things transparent and to
keep the conversation going as we figure out next steps together. Stay
tuned!
