Hi all [and apologies for crossposting],
We wanted to send a quick reminder that Educopia's *Collective Decision
Making Workshop*
<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1989886582334?aff=oddtdtcreator> is coming up
this *Monday, June 23 (1pm - 2:30pm ET)*, in case it got lost in a busy
inbox -- or in case you're seeing this for the first time!
This interactive workshop focuses on something we hear about a lot in our
work: the gap between the values an organization holds and the way it
actually makes decisions when things get hard. In other words:
- Who's really making decisions in your organization, and who should be
part of that?
- What does your current process reveal about how power actually moves
in your team?
- What would a more transparent, inclusive approach look like, and how
do you get there from where you are now?
In* 90 minutes*, we'll work through practical tools and frameworks for
building decision-making processes that are more equitable, transparent,
and genuinely reflective of what your organization believes, whatever kind
of organization you're part of.
A few key details:
- *Date:* Monday, June 23
- *Length:* 90 minutes
