all open source, zero ai, intended to support people working in video review by running 100% locally (no pii leaves the local machine)

working with claude on this & interested in feature development ideas = (my other interest is how it might support foia requests longer term, although no DID is currently attached or in the process, so that's a pretty glaring omission up front)
