I just finished "The End of
a month or two ago. Hanna Rosin discusses those studies in the book as
well as a third that basically says the easiest way for women to negotiate
for a wage increase is by using the argument "its good for the company if
i'm paid more and heres why...". I definitely recommend the book, it was
