Support Analyst/Customer Support positions for library automation vendor.
Duties include (but not limited to), providing product support and
responding to customer incident reports; clarifying and documenting issues;
investigating problems and searching for solutions; escalating issues to
next level (Technical Support Analyst) if problem cannot be resolved.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MLIS or equivalent highly desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior customer
service experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast paced environment
Library experience highly desired
Knowledge of Unix and/or Oracle desired
