Hi,
I stayed at the Hotel Angeleno last week, March 5-10, for the Code4Lib conference at the UCLA Luskin conference center and my travel office is telling me now that I did not receive the conference hotel rate. Is there anything I can do to get a refund? I did call the hotel, and the person told me that since I made the reservation through Expedia there was nothing she could do. Do you have any more info or suggestions how I might get the conference rate at this point? Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks for all the work you did setting up the conference, and for any assistance you can provide at this point!

Hi,
There are still some seats available for the 2017 Code4Lib Conference,
which will be held on March 6-9 at UCLA in Los Angeles, California,
USA. To register, please visit:
https://www.eventsforce.net/concentra/14/register
The registration form will allow you to register for the main
conference and/or the optional pre-conference day. Please note that
unlike the first round of registration, you can elect to register for
the main conference (with or without pre-conferences) or choose to
register only for the pre-conference day.
The registration form will also give you links and codes to register
at one of the official conference hotels. More information about the
hotels can be found at <http://2017.code4lib.org/attend/>. Please also
note that hotel rooms at the Luskin Center are nearly sold out. There
are also rooms available at the Hotel Angeleno and the UCLA Guest
House, although the conference rate will expire on February 16.
Details about the pre-conference workshops will be available on the
registration form and can also be found at
<http://2017.code4lib.org/workshops/>; the schedule for the main
conference is available at <http://2017.code4lib.org/schedule/>.
As a reminder, all attendees must abide by the Code of Conduct, a copy
of which can be found at <http://2017.code4lib.org/conduct/>.
Regards,
Galen
