My first entree (that just makes me hungry!) into W11 doesn't convince me
W11 progress from W10.

9 steps just to create a W11 desktop icon.

It seems that only work for 3rd party applications.

That doesn't seem to work for built-ins like MS Paint, Notepad, the
Snipping Tool.

Unless, I missed the secret handshake?!
